Is Deloitte WFO allowed from nearest office?

Today in our Deloitte pre-joining session, they mentioned that work-from-office from the nearest Deloitte location is not allowed.

But I’ve also seen some Grapevine posts and comments where people said they worked from the nearest office and there's flexibility.

Can someone clarify what actually happens in practice?

Is it officially not allowed?

Does it depend on project or manager?

Or do some teams allow it unofficially?

Would really appreciate inputs from people currently working in Deloitte. Thanks!
