Is Deloitte ghosting??

I completed my manager round on 25th October after completing 2 technical rounds and I have been waiting since for any updates. Tried calling HR but no one responds tried to mail and create ticket on careers page still no response. When I check profile on careers page it shows status “interview in progress” So what should I think?? Rejected or waiting?
