Is customer experience a good field to continue career

I've been trying to relocate to Bangalore for the last 2 months . But I didn't find any new career opportunities.

Please share your feedback, if I should continue in the same field or change my career path for opportunities in bangalore.

Any referrals in Bangalore for customer experience would be really helpful and a big support.

This is the only field where I see more and more AI applications. I would say, try to switch.

Isn't it valid for software development aswell ? A mere novice could create websites and generate code using AI these days ?

Man it's okay if you can get out in a year or if you can get into the product side of this. Otherwise it's just way too monotonous. Also it's like one of the least valued team in most organisations. Gets least budget and all.

But given you are in indigo, please get out even if it's CX. Indigo destroys career because it's way too vertical of an organisation. Horizontal movement is next to nothing
