Is content creation on insta or youtube termed as moonlighting ?

Hi, I am thinking to start a instagram channel and youtube channel talking about corporate stories, tips and tricks of corporate life and its challenges. Will not include any meme or troll content. Will not and never use or show company ID card or use my company name or anything related to my current company.

What is the law for this ? What precautions one should take while doing this ?

PS: i have seen multiple people showing their company ID card, company name and its office videos and have millions of followers. So they might not be getting any trouble if they are continuously posting these stuff.

Any suggestions will be welcomed.
