Is cognizant work culture good ? How about the perks and increments ?

Not sure about experienced but about the entry level roles if ur working in a project and under a client strict working hours minimum 10 hours of login that too on the client side and suppose if you have finished your work even you need to keep moving your mouse until ur shift isn't completed 😂 I think it is same for all level roles

Depends on offer. But let me tell you cognizant ctc breakup is well designed. INFY Wil have lot of variable components which means less inhand salary
