Trending @Cognizant; Is cognizant planning layoff? Does anyone have any idea on this?

Why are you unneccessary creating the chaos bro .. there are certain rules if resources are not getting billable any of the service company don't hold them for long

Layoffs are happening mostly in M and SM level. Already happened to few people I know. They were billable as well.

I feel the hike delay is a strategy to remove people
They will resign voluntarily No need to layoff
