Trending @Cognizant; Is cognizant is giving either hike or promotion in a year?
I am thinking to put a paper and I am the experienced candidate in the project. I got 5 rating but due to RTO I didn’t get promotion from PA to A So if i put paper and HR agreed on 100% hike then in another cycle will I eligible for promotion PA to A? Please suggest thanks
It's always better to switch companies every couple of years to keep increasing your salary. That way you get promoted automatically. Don't just depend on your company for promotion. You may not get it due to stiff competition.
1st of all hr won't agree to give hike hr will say resign and let u go. If ur manager really wants u to get promoted he will promote u. Else all fake promises from higher management.

I really doubt if they offer 100% hike. My friend has resigned and cognizant is only giving 20% increments at max.

What was the RTO criteria and what was your office days?
Wait till 13 march after u can put paper because bonus money meanwhile upadate to manager
