Trending @Infosys; Is cognizant good company to join seeing recent situations?

My review based upon my 4 years experience in Cognizant:

1. Better Projects (can be subjective) - Better clients, good technical, no requests for saturday or long working. Although in Cognizant its 10(9 + 1)hours daily.
2. Better leave system - we get 18 EL + 18 SL + 6. Casual leaves per leaves with 18el carry forward.
3. Better hikes - For me the LOWEST hike I received in 4 years was 10% . Atleast that was the case during that time.
4. No mandatory school-college alike system of compulsory 10 days wfo. I used to go 1-2 days per week upon my comfort . Sometimes just 1 per week.
   Lastly, some things might have changed now but overall I felt their promotion system was better and clear unlike the progression/promotion system in Infosys.

It is another Infosys with Ex-Infosys President as CEO.
