Trending @Cognizant; Is Cognizant a great place for women to work?
Lately feeling that Cognizant is not egalitarian at all. I feel that the way I have seen male employees covertly flirting with female employees creates an environment of hostile work environment.
I feel it's great place to work for women only. I have seen management is partial them. They get leaves without much hesitation and also RTO exception compared to Male employees.

Everyone is trying to impress females. I am facing an issue and trying to resolve that with my senior but he is busy and when this thing happened with the female he responded within 5 seconds and solved that . This is the scenario in Cognizant
