Is Citi(Citicorp) Pune worth to join?

Hi I have recently got an offer from Citi and need advice about wlb and job security. Can I consider Citi for the long term. I have to leave my comfort zone and join Citi. Is it worth taking the risk? I received around 70% hike for C11 position (Java developer). Any suggestions/input?
