is certification helps in switching?

hello wines I am java backend developer good knowledge of microservices. I have 2 yoe and plan to switch without preparing dsa expecting 15lpa cctv is 7.5 lpa

I am planning to have 2 certification

1. AWS developer - Associate
2. Confluent Kafak developer

I have worked on kafka only but no working experience of awa and k8s

although I can learn

how will these impact on my career ?

aiming AWS one first because it can be reimbursed by my company
