read about the culture there and news in last 8-9 months about cars24. I myself had interviewed for a role in growth there. The person who took my interview was a director who had joined 5-6 months back. when the HR ghosted me, I casually called him and asked. He told he has left the org already. Such was a toxic culture there.

Thanks

absolutely not

Why? Please share some details

its a great place to work. I think after edtech these car brokers have long term growth oppurutnites.

Growth is not equivalent to having a good work culture.

Don't take unless you are unemployed

A friend of friend works in sales, he says he's working all the time even on weekends. Tbh I found something wrong with him like lowkey mentally abnormal trying to be alpha when he's clearly not (I am, that's unsaid in case you didn't catch on).
But the culture doesn't seem to be good.

Gosh! No… look at their glass door for review

How is the interview process for cars24 product roles?
