Is C3A eligible for the Wings-2 program?

I would like to know if C3A associate eligible for wings2. Has any one cleared it? Manager is keep pushing me for Wings2. But I am seeing lot of negative comments on wings2. Can you please share the actual benefits after clearing wings2 as I do not want to waste time ?

I cleared Wings 2. It can be a lengthy and intense process but if done well we will gain good knowledge and good certifications by the end. A salary hike is an added advantage.
But if you want to leave TCS then just do the needed certifications, as Wings requires that you learn much more than your speciality.
