When promotion window will open for C2? I joined Nov,22 and total 6 year experience in QA but still C1🥹

CTC is 8.5 lpa system engineer but in project QA lead since 2yr total experience 6 year 2 month in TCS 2year 10 months. Band A,B rating all above 4.. promotion raised my manager 1yr back HR not approving.supervisor saying will raise fresh request after Promotion window open.but don't know when it will open.
You forgot to mention how much hours you work, they are draining out the work from you by paying minimal and holding what you deserve. You should switch👍🏻

My promotion has been pending with corporate HR since Feb as per my manager....
So, as per me your promotion hasn't been initiated.
I am also having same experience with digital profile. Chasing for promotion since 2 years. These fuckers only say you will be promoted as per promotion eligibility. I am preparing for switch now.
Heyya from what I got to know it totally depends on the organisations plan, along with your Manager, and HR plans. So you will need to reach out to them.
