Trending @Capgemini; Is buyout or early release an option?

I want to resign, BUT notice period is a huge issue!! Most companies right now are looking for immediate to 15 day np. I feel it’s reducing opportunities for me. So just want to know if there is any option to take buy out or early release. If there is I can apply for more opportunities.

I am open to some ideas on how to get go on bench if Buyout or early release is not an option!!

P.S. I’m tagged in project and kind of in a single resource situation.
