I have given an interview for a SAP consultation role in this company. Is this company good for work, how is the work-life balance, what are all the perks we get, what about hikes, work culture etc.
As a brand, it is good and hike at the moment average maybe not up to market standards but other companies also in same situation. Perks like food, yearly learning budget, hybrid allowance, maternity and paternity leaves, child day care and out of all good work life balance but it depends on project and team
Which team ? If BD, then good place to be. Vision 2030 work is good

I have got fte from bosch as well as thales. Interned at Thales under cloud ops and getting mobility engineer role at bosch. Pls suggest which one I should choose
