So i got selected for Salesforce consultant after tiring 3 rounds of interview. Why tiring? Because after each round of interview I had to reach out then only they would confirm that I had cleared and they will proceed with another round. Then for another round interview also I had to chase the person. After 3 rounds, got selected. Got document thing. Discussed salary structure. And guess what... After that they ghosted me for 3-4 weeks. I was continously reaching out to them then they said your profile is on hold because we can't match your current compensation properly. So where's that discussion before 1st round of interview? Why waste my time as well as yours.??? Why give me hope? So, BAD experience.

Hi, mostly prepare Apex, LWC and Integration. Be true to on whatever cloud you have worked on your projects. And be thorough to your resume. They go through it very thoroughly and ask questions from it whatever you have mentioned.

Usually this scenario happens in 2 cases:
- if YOU indeed quoted too high salary than your YOE and naturally out of their budget.
- If HR is interviewing other prospective candidates who are equally talented but quoted lesser pay compared ot you. Now you take a relook what could be the issue here.

- That could be discussed before all the rounds to save my time by the HR?
- Also, on my part if I am having their total budget as fixed salary. Then I believe while looking for the switch I can expect atleast 20-25% increment?
