Is being loyal to corporate is bad ?
For 10 years, I showed deep loyalty, spending 2+ years at four companies. Yet, I never chose to leave. Each time, the role or even the entire company closed down.
My takeaway? Loyalty is a strength, but resilience and adaptability are survival skills. Let me know what you think ?

Believe me, 5 years in one company yet no consideration or lucrative opportunity. They can treat you the way they like. Look at the layoff scenarios, even 20+ exp folks are given pink slips..

There are companies where staying can increase your growth exponentially. You just have to know if yours is one of them.
