Talking about the culture of management. Work is not a problem.
Work-wise: If you're in a C3A or C3B role, they might give you some TCS related tasks along with your regular work, so you'll need to juggle both.
Culture-wise: It’s generally fine, but it really depends on your manager. If your manager isn’t at your base location, that’s a plus for you. Clients are usually ok and handling the work should be manageable. Only thing is, not sure if your team will be at the same location.
Overall, I’d say it’s okay to go ahead and join.
