Is Bank of America a good project?? Urgent!!!

Hello friends, Currently I'm on the bench, and offered a managerial role in BOA project. I have 1.7 years of total experience that too in the technical side.. In this project I have to act like a bridge between client and development team and get the job done with the dev team by pushing them by constantly checking upon them. Since 13 days I have been on the bench, due to new policy of 35 working days on bench i have not getting enough calls from the projects. So based on the current situation & BOA project environment what do you guys suggest? Please help me out Any BOA project candidates out there?
