It depends on your project, HR and manager
If u were bootlicker, u can get A even if u dont login. If u r straight forward without flexibility, you will get B or C despite hard work you do in TCS. You cant expect good vibes sitting in TCS. Better switch
Not totally, Some bootlickers get A as well even without RTO.
No, It's given according to their shit 💩💩💩. They want to give less of a hike and they are searching for excuses to do this. They are taking advantage of global market conditions.
