Is band out?
I just got a mail from performance management that the band is out and visible on speed. But I can't see band for 2023-24 on speed. Is it visible for anyone?

I haven't received such mail. Also batch job of releasing bands is continuously failing due to heavy load and memory utilisation throttling on performance management's servers. They are planning to roll out unitwise bands in order to avoid batch failure. Given this scenario the mail you received is most certainly a phishing email (probably corporate security is running quarterly awareness drive). One may expect the bands to be published by the end of this month or April 1st week if everything goes well.

Well it is what it is. Also HRs are also sending back bands and negotiating more d and c bands from PMs so it is adding unnecessary complexities in timeline.
Yup, TCS has been sending this phishing mail from last time to time. In the last 1 year we received a bunch of them. Eg."1 year Netflix free", "Free Amazon gift card". Some of our team members clicked on the link but nothing happened.

The most stupid way an organisation can play with the emotions of employees.
I mean everyone is waiting for the band, you don't have the courtesy to set a date for the announcement of it, and send stupid mails to trouble everyone just before long weekend starts.
If you observe the mail id from which this mail came is tcs.co which is not correct. That's why it is spam/phishing mail. Last time we had this kind of mail regarding Netflix subscriptions if remembered.
