Is Band given based on IPF ??

Band or IPF dono different cheeje hai TCS jo manager and client ki expectations meet kr rha h they will get A band rest is nothing 2-3% difference

I don't remember correctly but I read this year when they again introduced weightage that bands will be aligned to ratings. But these are team specific. Let's say you are the highest ipf achiever in the team if it may be 3-3.5 or anything. There is a high chance that you will get A, if there is any A is allowed for your team.
