Trending @Accenture; Is automation need for promotion ?
My manager is asking to automate something somehow, stating that Automation is the focused topic in my project for promotion.
But our project didn't have anything to automate.
Now I am losing hope. Can anyone suggest based on my below situation

After reaching CL11, your performance is the sole reason for higher promotions.
It will be almost 33 to 36 months of service from CL11 to CL10. You got to CL11 in June 2022, so you can expect promotion in June 2025 or earlier in case of good feedback from project. That is what the current criteria is to go to CL10.
Can you please provide more information on your background as you haven’t provided anything valuable to help you out.
