Is asking 12.75 LPA TOO MUCH for EY? For 4+ years experience as tableau, power bi developer in TCS?

During HR discussion, asked my expectation- my Expectation 12.75 LPA FROM CURRENT CTC THAT IS 7.5 LPA, they said they can give 20-30% hike.
