Trending @Accenture; Is anyone with 3 YOE thinking to buy a flat in India?
Hi, I've 3 YOE and salary under 10 lakhs. However, I don't have any other responsibility and I'm 26. Should I consider buying a flat on EMI? If yes, which city has better future for living & ROI?

Instead of buying flat, try to buy land.
Because if you buy flat and keep EMI 20-25 yrs you have to pay interest atleast 60-70% more than actual price and after 20-25 years apartment flat will gets old. Resale value will not be there much as well. But if you invest in land based on your budget where ever it is whether in your hometown or in any city outskirts, after 20-25 years it will give you 6x to 8x of your investment. You can also get loan for buying land.
All the best 👍🏻

Can you please suggest how we get loans for buying land? Let’s say Delhi. Which loan types we can take?

If you are from north, you can go for pune, first collect atleast 20 Lakh in hand for the down payment. Then think of buying flat. And before buying flat you package should be more than 18 lpa.. My suggestion will be buy some small plot first. After 30's consider buying flat. It's too risky now.

Better waiting for a few more years you can upscale the locality for your increasing lifestyle. This is too early to decide where you will be living your whole life.
