Yes these two are different but your ratings will be a major factor to get promoted.

It depends on many factors. Is it your first nomination? If it’s your first nomination then chances are low but it depends on your practice and their budget.

U need to get 4 or 5 ratings for the past 2-3 yrs consistently for higher chances.

Results were out in June 10th....manager will have the mail. If u got promoted it will be in effect since July 1st so u can check ur mail or psp or financial statement in dot for details about hike %
