Is anyone on bench who’s c3A and above. I heard that even we get the project RMG is not allowing to assign to a project
Fyi. If on fluidity list it will be required isu head approval and tnm billing allocation. If both done rmg will allocate. Today it was told by RMG person. So this is what it is.
I have been on the bench for 3 weeks with C3A. Not sure if RMG is not allowing to assign to a project or not but for me I am getting calls for projects but the sad part is after discussion not getting any updates. Not sure what's going on....
After a long wait finally allocated to a project
Conditions:
- Name is in Fluidity lists
- Grade : C3A and Above.
- Package : 30 LPA and Above
RMG will ask you to look for T&M projects.
Even if you get one, they will keep denying and may ask you to get an ISU level approval.
Which is tough to achieve .
It's better to pursue opportunities outside TCS .
RMG will not approve your project even if you're selected. Prepare for resignation and start looking outside on immediate basis
