Even though I’m a well-performing and key resource who keeps improving my skills, I sometimes worry about what will happen if my project ends, I’m moved to the bench, don’t get another project, get terminated, and can’t find another job.🤣🤣

Yes, I'm here. Over the last 2 years, many people have been removed from the project, and new members have joined. I'm sustaining strong, even though I'm thinking in the same way, like I'm waiting for my turn.

- Develop insane niche skills
- Start something of your own
Till the time you are working for someone these thoughts aren't going anywhere. Even if you develop valuable skills
