Hi, I've been suffering from OCD for the past few years, because of ocd I waste lots of time on compulsions and it also bothers me when I work, I want to know is anyone suffering from the same out there, how do you manage your ocd while working as a software engineer Please share your experience and if you know some good therapist, suggest me that toooo

I used to have extreme anxiety earlier but now the anxiety has gone after taking medicine for few months but I still do compulsion like checking door multiple times, reading things multiple times, washing hands, wash clothes multiple times, I have this doubt issue in everything whatever I do
