Yes some people are getting hikes in base pay as per them there is small budget provided in some projects and manager decides whom to give

Reason being most of them are leaving Accenture to make employees feel better they have started this year a bit early it seems

People who has cycle in august will have pay hike 1st sep onwards. Rewards outcome is shared to wll people leads

My friends also got hike in tange of 12-20%
