Is anyone else really getting tired of WFH?

Working from home has started to wear me down. Professionally, my work is recognized, but on a personal level, it feels like I'm not valued at all. My family seems to focus only on my flaws now that I’m always around. Meanwhile, my younger siblings have gone out for jobs, and their lives are all about fun and excitement. I can’t help but feel a bit jealous of their freedom and carefree lifestyle.

Go at some office like environments like "Wework" or any study library too for that matter to get some space.

I am done with wfh, now it's too much

Even though the company hasn’t enforced RTO, I’m exhausted with this WFH setup. I’ve been stuck in the same spot for the last 3-4 years, working remotely. I haven't made any new connections outside of work, and I feel dependent—my food’s...

I cannot work remotely.

I know a lot of people love working from home. But small rant here. Honestly, straight out of college I thought I would do too. But no, I absolutely do not.

Why?

  1. No personality development. It's honestly like an online college ...

People who are WFH, how do you stay focused in work when your family members / parents keep distracting you?

I have been wfh for than a year now, my parents would keep ordering me to do small household work even when I’m working. I have asked them not to do that as it distracts me, but they will not simply listen and even scold me and compare m...
