Is anybody help with Infosys process, I cleared technical, managerial round.

During hr round they hold my application due to i don't have Form 16. I explained him that my company have less than 20 employee , this is the reason my current employer doesn't cut any TDS or pf but in my previous company cuts pf and i have proof of deposited and withdrawal. what can i do?
