Is anybody facing vitamin D or B12 deficiency?
I have been facing these 2 vitamins deficiency on and off since last 3 years. And when I talked to the people I know I got to know there are lot of people like me. Feels like these deficiencies have suddenly started rising and most of the people are facing it.

It's common for people specifically working in mnc.
It's your choice to follow whether the traditional approach or medical approach.
Traditional approach is very slow which includes expose yourself to Sun 🌞, after applying oil oil on your body.for atleast 30 mins a day during sunlight before 11 am.
For modern/ medical approach.
There are generic medicines with a combination of calcium and vitamin d3. Not an expensive way and commonly available.
I would just say follow both approach at the same time.
Both ways atleast, no side effect.. But if you keep ignoring, this will become major problem for you

Considering you have no allergies or anything.
If so, better talk to your physician..
But the best option is to talk to the doctor and get proper medication or treatment..
Mine ones are the ones that worked for me. Not sure if these are suitable for you.

I actually got the deficiency 3 years back then took supplements, got better but then again happened after few months and now again

Include vitamin D and B12 rich foods in your diet such as eggs, meat, and dairy. On your off days, try to get as much sunlight as possible—daily exposure is even better.

I’m vegetarian but I’ll try increasing dairy intake. Thanks for the suggestion!

Not only in Ayurveda, even modern medicine says sunlight has vitamin d and is the best source, and irrespective of how many calcium tablets or makhana or whatever you eat on the name of calcium only but d will help in absorption of it

True. Even doctors suggest that. And I try as much as possible with work schedule.

A large population has it. But if your diet and sun exposure is not sufficient, keep taking supplements.
I generally take for a month then skip for a month or 2. Then restart

Yes.
