As long as Julie Sweet is here, nothing beneficial is going to happen for employees.

Till now since 2023 I saw nothing good happening all I saw was Leaderships getting promoted and only benefits from L7 to above nothing for rest the one to suffer the most are L9 to L12
I've noticed that they have treated the Indian market with the worst closed buildings, making it crowded to sit and manage while some big projects took their own restricted bays daam less space for rest of the projects
No hike for Indian people the entire 1 year the next year when we expected a hike they gave us chillar Even this time the same is gonna happen June will be the same we will be told to kindly adjust while the Irish and US will get everything only Indians with less currency are told to adjust and work without proper benefits

Layoffs via PIP are in the process !
