Is any C3B got compensation letter yet ??

Nope .
I called up my manager and asked the same. He replied that even he has been waiting for the same thing for a long time . He asked me to check with HR . I told him , I am not getting any response from HR. He said , escalate to HR's boss and his boss . Not sure , what's going on.
