Is an MBA the only way to grow?
I have started my career and now have 1.4 years of experience. I see many people doing an MBA just for a better package and a higher designation.. If I want to get a good package, do I really need to do an MBA? I’d appreciate your advice and suggestions on this.
Depends on your UG degree. If you have a T1 college degree, then MBA is not necessary.

Then it's fine. If you get into any T1 college for an MBA, then it's fine. Not mandatory.
I did a 1 year PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics. Believe me it helped more than anything else in my career. Introspect and see what do you like . And then move forward. Career is a long game. Don’t just chase everything blindly
Which course brother? In 2022 I did certification in Data science and programming from IIT Madras, I could have gone from diploma and degree also but thought otherwise
