Is an MBA really mandatory for becoming a Product Manager at Apple?

Hi All, I am a PM with close to 2.5 YOE in startups. I aspire to be a Product Manager at Apple and am figuring out the best path to get there. One big question I’m struggling with—is an MBA the right next step, or are there alternative ways to break in?

Would love to hear from those who’ve navigated this journey. What worked for you? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
