Is an MBA necessary for success?
Is an MBA necessary for success in non-engineering roles? Most of my seniors and managers at the company are MBAs and very few non MBA managers have made it to a good role + salary.
Anyone has any experience to share.

MBA can give you the tools and knowledge to be successful in business, but it is not the only path to success. There are many successful business people who have not pursued an MBA. It is important to consider your goals and what you hope to achieve with an MBA before making a decision.
