Is an experience letter and releasing letter needed?

I had to leave Accenture without serving the notice period, I joined another company with a resignation acceptance email. If I join another company will I need an experience letter/ releasing letter? I need to pay Accenture to get this.

Yes - you would need. I am still asked for relieving/service letter of the first organisation I was working for. Since then I have made 4 job switches.

If you don't have it, your BGV will fail
