Is Amazon on a hiring spree or is this the usual? Seeing tons of joinings and new openings lately—what’s going on?

Idk about that but I was wondering why does Fi app customer service so bad. Do they not hire anyone for customer support?

Likely a mix of their usual growth, seasonal hiring (heading into the later part of the year), and specific needs in different parts of their business. Hard to say "spree" for sure without comparing to past years, but they're definitely active in hiring right now.
