Is allowed to shared the employee Id and payslips from TCS official email id to banks for credit card application?

I recently applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card but I was asked to send confirmation email and payslips from my official email id to ther customer care email id.

Is it okay share those details?

But why do you need to show your work details to bank for a credit card!!! It requires just your PAN card

Firstly I'm not sure you can, I have sent multiple emails from my personal mail to TCS mail and it's possible, but sending from TCS mail to any other mail other than @tcs is not possible.
