Trending @Accenture; Is Accenture the shiteist company out there?
I have worked with major multinational companies and found Accenture to be the worst. There are no perks, promotion or hike for any extra effort you put in. Even my management has stopped pushing people to deliver more. It feels like a zombieland here. Do you guys agree?
Look, brother, it's simple and straightforward. Since you have a job, you have the privilege of forming opinions—whether good or bad—about Accenture.
There are many people out there who don't have a job and are desperately looking for one, no matter where. So, it's all just a matter of perspective.
For many, Accenture is a great company, while for others, it's not.
Oh sure, Brother, everyone has an opinion—what a surprise! The post was made to hear different views on the company’s culture. So just say if you like it here or not and let others decide for themselves. Not that hard, right?

I don't think it is shitiest, there are flaws but it's not worst. Culture totally depends on team you're part of. There was times when I messed up on client deliverables made commitments to client which weren't feasible. My manager went on record and covered me and just told me it is fine we should be more careful.
Over delivering will never harm you.

Its just IT is going through a rough time
And these service based companies are not sure how the demand will be so they are not burning more cash giving more hikes and promotions
Same situation in all service based company.
I am just happy at least we have to do only one day office

Tcs is asking to come all 5 days
I know my salary is has not increased for past 3 years ~

100 percent agree. More than what you have mentioned, it's a red tape'ism that has deep rooted in India. Mediocrity is promoted which meritocracy takes a back seat. People book the office seats just like indian railways tatkaal system. Accenture knows job market is low and hence they are taking advantage of this situation however once this market is up, they will see mass exodus that managers and people leads would not have seen.
Being in Accenture for 12 years I could feel that the reputation Accenture has built over the years has been destroyed. No hikes/VB , Worst work culture, dumb project managers and project leads.

Not sure why accenture is doing this...all its name and reputation which they make in such years...has been ruined, specially in India just because they are not giving any good hikes/vb from last 3 years and why..market has now become better after covid
Absolutely s..tty.. I was working in Accenture’s internal projects and asked for rolloff to client project. Though I’m placed in client project currently, starting from my ex-supervisors to highest leadership in internal projects .., bumping my workday with negative reviews, most of them copy pasting the reviews. When leadership is such, what can you expect from low level leads.. it’s worse than Indian govt offices. Ego at the peaks ..
And btw, no promotions or hikes from last 3 yrs.. and this differentiation is with India only, mostly zero for internal projects.. every other Accenture offices are getting hikes.
