This is true there is a cost reduction that is happening across projects approximately 20%~ of people are getting removed from project and put in bench

And a lot of pip is being given to multiple people, since pip comes with a non disclosure agreement so its kept a secret and many times when pip ends they are asked to leave by giving two choice

Either Accenture will terminate you or take a resignation
If you choose a resignation you will be immediately released on that day and Accenture will pay you three months salary for compensation and you can get your earned leaves encashed.

Accenture is hiring a lot and people are leaving in huge numbers. Not sure which consulting you are referring?

Do they mention in the relieving letter and experience letter that the candidate was laid off?

Actually this is true, many people are kept on bench with no calls from projects and kept on CiP and getting laid off

This is not to scare anyone. I am just checking across I happen to hear from my circle...they are receiving prior notice on roll off and bench notices
