Trending @Accenture; Is Accenture gender biased?
Many people told me that Accenture is gender biased but I haven’t got any benefit from it.
Imagine going sooo low that you acknowledge there is gender bias, and also expect benifit out of it.

I was on track for a promotion from Level 9 to Level 8, along with another candidate from our team who was also up for a promotion. She is currently at Level 10, and we were both being considered. However, despite my hard work and multiple project ownership and completion with my technical skill, my promotion was put on hold while she received her(from level 10 to 9). This appears to be a recent trend in our organization, where, under the initiative of women empowerment, priority is sometimes given to female candidates.

Yes, I also feel the same it js gender biased for a special category ..
Yes i have seen it.. females can directly say to location lead that she want simpler finance project, she will not sit after 6pm.. this lee way is not available to males
