Is Accenture better than TCS? I have an offer from Accenture with 50% hike

Money matters. In TCS it will take 5+ or even more years to reach 50% hike what Accenture is offering if you stay back in TCS.

I have been in Accenture for 12 years. It definitely gives amazing hike, easily 15%. But there is no job security. It’s ZERO. In case you are looking for job security DO NOT SWITCH. Also once you leave TCS you won’t be able to join back. Medical policy of Accenture is also average. Not as good as TCS.

Go for it. TCS give only 4-6% hike whereas Accenture give minimum 15% hike for average performer + good development projects.
