Is Accenture a good place to grow long-term?

I have been with Accenture for three years now, and I feel like my career has hit a plateau. The promotions are slow, and salary hikes are not great either. Should I consider moving, or does patience pay off here? Any advice from long-timers?

Patience doesn't pay here

salary hikes were generally good till 2020. i received as much as 23% without promotion. but post covid have been horrible.. i would say prioritize what u want. Hikes are problem everywhere right now.

Patience for what? To wait and play the catch up game?

i am here from 13 years and i love Accenture. but i don't think there is accelerated growth if you are on same place for long time., I wanted job which is flexible, known people. I took 2 MAT leaves, 1 sabbatical, 1 LOA till now for my kids.. i feel same for other companies too. u need change if u want fast growth

If growth feels stagnant at Accenture, consider exploring opportunities elsewhere for faster career advancement and better compensation. However, evaluate your long-term goals and company culture.
