Is a 5 day work policy only mandatory for associates?
I have noticed in the last 7 months of my project, most of the senior members like team lead, CPM, manager, BA comes on 2-3 days in a week to the office. Also, for us associates they take strict action to follow 9 hrs of working rules but for them they come around 12 O'clock and leave at 5:30 -6:00. Why the same project but different rules?
Your observation is spot on. Senior members acting like royalty, huh? Typical Indian office politics. "Do as I say, not as I do" attitude. It's high time we question this hypocrisy. Why should rules be different for them? "Baap ka raj" nahi chalna chahiye. What's their justification for this?
Yes dude.. even if they are on leave or doing wfh they tell lies to upper management that "I am going to the client location". One I myself was at the client location and my team lead put on a group that he is connected to the client location but in reality he was doing WFH.
