Is 90d notice period a cause for concern?

I'm a fresher who's just graduated this year, and have joined my first job last month. I dont't think I need to elaborate on why I consider switching 1 or 2y down tbe line. But I was wondering weather a 90 day notice period which Cognizant has graced me with, will be a cause for concern when applying for jobs. Like im thinking - who'll wait for me 3 months??? Who even hires that far in advance anyways...

It’s a big issue for sure. Add in Cognizant’s reputation and switching to a decent company will be challenging

Could you please elaborate a little bit on Cognizant's reputation? I was wondering about the same...

It is right now, but usually it's not.. but as unemployment rises, this will become shackles for every resourse trying for a switch..
I myself being an example.. 90 day notice period has costed me 4 job offers..
