Is 9 hours already a compliance for people doing RTO ?
What is the current minimum hours compliance needed for work from the office? Has a letter been rolled out for this? And is it different for different locations? My team mates in other locations are maintaining only 3 to 4 hours on average!
It doesn’t make any sense to stay in the office for complete 9 hours and then attending client meetings later in the night from Home.
It was there in work hours policy in policy hub.. Plz refer them.. Going not going your choice and cutting variable pay ia thier choice.. But as someone commented no sense even we join calls from home till night. We should tell them out of office hours we will not work..
Do you really think its possible in TCS with 6 lakhs employees to follow 9 hrs mandate!.
It second to impossible with the kind of salary and projects here. So just swipe for 3 days a week and go home.
Now working hours are more important than performance....based on working hrs banding n promotions r decided in TCS....insane leaders ...TCS no more employee friendly
Is it 9 hrs or 2 hrs ?I heard mail is coming as less than 2 hrs?
Even before COVID when we used to work with desktop, i didn't maintain that 9 hrs 😃
